Is it just me or does anyone else get some weird number 2 issues if they are worried and stressed out I've been to the doctors and he pressed on my stomach and said nothing serious at all was wrong?

Hi football madness, welcome to the forum first of all. Happy to have you here :)
Changes in bowel habits are a common symptom of stress and anxiety. When my anxiety first onset, the pattern of when I had bowel movements changed and obviously, that caused me to be concerned, but things soon returned to normal.
We as health anxiety sufferers have a hard time trusting the word of our doctors, but we must do so in order to get past the case of anxiety we battle with. If your doctor said nothing serious was going on and there is nothing wrong with you, then you are just fine.
If you don't mind me asking, what exactly are you concerned about in terms of your bowel movements? The pattern of when you have them? Constipation? The color of them? This help me help you better.

There just looser than usual and I'm feeling really tense I've been stressed over the last week or so about my mouth as I had a dental infection and thought that was serious. However I had a Fobt 3 months ago and that came back clear and stuff like cancer doesn't just pop up over 3 months does it

Not surprised that they would be looser if you are stressed. That's common from what I've seen from people on these forums. Anxiety and stressful episodes can do some weird things to us.
Absolutely, stuff like cancer does not just pop up over three months. If there was any early indication of something brewing, it would have been detected in your test.

And if those loads of tests have come back negative, then you're good to go :)
