Something I have noticed in a lot of thread is the names of books that over the years people have read. Books that helped them. So if you have any books you would like to reccomend to others just add them here. In order to keep this thread visible, dare I suggest maybe duscussing the various books. Why you think the book you are mentioning is worth buying. What is in the book? Is it an easy to book to read and understand? Images of the various books always help. As do any excerpts from the mentioned books.

“It’s Only Anxiety” by Carl James
A step by step guide to anxiety recovery based on the work of Dr Claire Weekes. Very useful information with anecdotes of the author’s own successful recovery from anxiety. Easy to read. Using the method and getting results. It’s a process to help change your thinking patterns. On Amazon $11.

“Anxietycentre. com”. Loaded with educational information and Treatment method for recovery from anxiety. About $50 for a year subscription, well worth the money. This site helped me get started into recovery. Offers therapy services for a fee. All therapists are required to be recovered anxiety sufferers.
