Blood pressure anxiety

Yah my cardiologist is great ...he gets out a pen and draws everything out on the white paper covering on the exam table...he said imagine the Big House (Michigan Stadium...we are from Michigan )...he says there are are 107,601 seats in the Big House...imagine everyone is a blood pressure reading for the day...you go through and pluck a couple out and think OMG .........well what about all those other readings........Thanks Mattisworried.....your good common sense is comforting to me.

sounds like a pretty solid doctor. you don't find many that are willing to spend that kind of time or put that much effort in. i think if there were ANYTHING to be concerned about, he'd be the first to let you know!

that sucks! sorry to hear. when times of high anxiety hit, maybe try repeating what your doctor told you in your head until you feel calmer.
