Blood pressure and panic

I’ve seen this type of thing on this forum so many times. It is possible that your bp is high because you are nervous being in a doctors office. Look up “white coat syndrome”, it’s a real thing and could be part of your issue. With that being said, obviously I’d still follow your docs instructions and take any meds and make any life style changes necessary. Everything from bp to cholesterol to blood sugar can be corrected through diet and excercise :)
