Blood in stool perhaps, tiredness

Yea I'm on my period but the blood is always dark, never bright red. I went to the bathroom, because my stomach is churning honestly from something, and I saw something bright red floating around, I assume blood. Very scared about it right now and wanna go to the doctor. I'm working on setting an appointment up. On top of that I'm sitting and watching TV and I feel tiredness. What if somethings wrong with my kidneys? I'm even afraid to take a nap or sleep or something because of this despite feeling the tiredness. And of course since seeing that I think it has something to do with my kidneys. My abdomen like lower abdomen feels stagnant and I feel uneasy like some things wrong.

This has happens to me plenty of times thanks to the combination of my period and anxiety. The blood was almost assuredly from your period and your hormones are all messed up right now so any anxious feelings you might have will seem worse. Hang in there, Grace. You are going to make it!!

Agree with the above post. 99% sure it’s your period. Our anxious minds try to pick apart EVERY. LITTLE. THING. And make it seem a billion times worse…(and most of the time, absolutely nothing is wrong) hang in there girl.
do you take any medication for anxiety? If not, you may look into it. It has helped me tremendously over the years.

This just happened to me today! My period is just coming down so I’m convinced it’s not heavy enough to be from that! I’ve been trying to get myself to poop again just so I can make sure! I know…TMI!
