I was in a room with a roommate and that guy touched my phone and I felt scared. Before that I was ashamed to release my gases from my intestine and that caused a stop bowel movement for more than a day. From that day I could never poop that well and most of it is inside my stomach.I tried everything I could but it showed no results.I consulted a doctor and he told me that I have no problems at all.Im not sure if he was lying or not but Im feeling more bloated every day.

Hi @wolla welcome to the forum.
Bloating and other irritable bowl syndrome symptoms are quite commonly connected to anxiety.
One could almost say it goes hand on hand.
It’s a criminal offence if a doctor lies to you about conditions that would need treatment.
Try to drink a lot, some teas can help loosing up stool. Such as fennel tea. Try not to take paracetamol that can lead to constipation.
Have a look at what you are eating, milk, beans or cabbage can lead to bloating.

I do know that with me milk causes my bloating because i am lactose intolerant, sometimes if I eat something spicy to it hey there are even times when I get bloated and I dont know why.The doctor should have had test done. You may have food allergies,ON the other hand with me I am always pooping I can look at a glass of water and poop.Or you can try some apply juice warm it up even it will help you go.Well it did for me same as the prune juice warm it up. I do know that chocolate can make you constipated.Oh by the way welcome to the family

'Wherever you may be,
Let your wind blow free!'

Remember this poem Wolla. I was like you and too embarrassed to pass wind in front of people. So I would leave the room! One time my friend followed me and realised. She laughed and told everyone in the room I was even more embarrassed! Hopefully, that won't happen for you.

If you feel the trapped wind, lay on your tum for 20 minutes and it will help to work it's way out. You will either burp or pass wind but it will come out.

I doubt very much that it has harmed you inside or that it is causing bloating. Think about what you are eating or drinking? Are you consuming fizzy drinks, spices, vegetables can cause wind too or pulses?

Try to eat more fruit and veg as it will stabilize eventually and you will be pooping normally. Whatever your poop or pee is doing, look first to see what you have been eating and go from there.
