Beta blockers??

Somebody on this forum mention this earlier. I tried google it but best when somebody explains it better. I know ssri vs benzo but beta blockers are all otc or are some prescription. Also seems beta blockers don’t have the severe site effects? I know ppl have lots or none on ssri or benzo but this just wondering about beta blockers

Sorry, I'm not sure Peter. What has your doctor put you on? Normally there is a leaflet inside the box the meds come in which gives a full list of side effects. Have a look there.

No I’m not put on anything. Trying do this natural but was looking for something to take away physical symptoms such as nausea, racing heart, panic. I can face my fears and feel better in my own head but physical symptom of nausea is hugeee
