So Im 26, in fairly good shape, but not fantastic. Go to the gym often, will go for a jog 3-4 times a week. Still need to drop like 10 pounds through good dieting and should stop drinking energy drinks. Went to the doctor to have my elbow looked at like I posed awhile back(fortunately so far that rash hasnt returned) I have white coat syndrome but my blood pressure was still a bit high at 142/90. They didn't have an ekg on file. They took it and the nurse came back, not my doctor. Told me he didn't want me panicking as they dont think its a big enough deal to send me to the emergency room. But apparently my T-waves in my ekg profile had a minor abnormality and want me to see a cardilogist just to get everything looked over. They asked me about symptoms, and I have not really had chest pain, dont think Ive had shortness of breath. I cant run a 6 minuet mile anymore but I can jog for like 7 miles over the course of an hour and I dont think I have bad shortness of breath. I get headaches sometimes but I dont want to make excuses but I find it usually comes with being stiff in the neck or reading a screen to long as opposed to just random migraines. I was doing better with my HA, and he told me like 3 times he didn't want me to freak out and start giving myself phantom symptoms. But man am I stressed right now as I may a cardiologist appointment.

I'd be stressing too, but your doctor knows what's urgent and what's probably okay. And you know about it now so anything you may need to do about it will be taken care of shortly.

I’m kind of in the same situation. I went to the doc because I passed out and he did an ekg and something called short PR syndrome came up. He told me not to look it up so if you do please don’t tell me what it is lol I don’t want to start panicking but I saw the cardiologist and I am on a heart monitor for 2 weeks Friday is my last day and then I have a stress test and echo on the 7th. The cardiologist said it doesn’t look like anything to worry about he doesn’t think I have it but having me take extra steps just to knock everything out. I know the panic when you first here it he told me and I just bawled the lady had to wait to do blood work because I was freaking out.
