I've posted this before but morning has always been the worst by far for me when dealing with anxiety.

Night time used to be the most difficult for me although my current routine is working for me and I can fall asleep easily. Mornings are tough for me. I think it's because the demands for my time and attention and work expectations. My motivation is getting kids ready and off to school on time. Since I am off work temporarily, I have little to do except think about my anxiety and other problems in my life. I am trying to make better morning habits by eating a healthy breakfast, limit caffeine, and try to be in the sun for a little bit. You are not alone we are here to support each other.
Its good to get your mind off Anxiety..sometimes easier said than done.. but well worth it. Reading really helps me a lot. Also chatting with friends, listening to music and moving to the sound of music helps so much.

Ive read that some it is due to chemicals in the brain in the morning, and then others its just how you're wired. I can't get over the fact that I can feel the worst dread in the morning, and then in the evening just be so much better. I don't understand how the drastic change is possible.
