Arm pain

So about one month ago I think I slept on my arm for something, because the next day I woke up with this painful tendon/ligament feeling when I teist around my left shoulder.

The pain became less andess over time, but then perhaps since I did some exercise involving the pulling of my left arm two weeks back, and that I'm anxious these days and tensed up... I think it just started hurting again while I laid down to sleep on my right side.
And I'm telling myself I have cancer in my arm bones or something. It's silly, but disturbing.

It's all in the mind, the more we think about it the more we give ourselves the symptoms.
I don't have time to read much so a friend recommended the audiobook "Pass Through Panic"
and it really helped me understand how the mind plays tricks on us and how to begin to control it.
She is an australian doctor to describes what you are many of us are feeling beautifully.

It’s not silly really, of course you worry about these things, but try not to forget the possible non deadly reasons ;)

As you said, you pulled your arm while exercising. A pulled muscle or tendon can take some time to heal and might flair up once in a while depending on the weather or air pressure.
