Seems like I have it bad when I don’t get enough sleep or drink alcohol. I think I’ll see if it stops if I eliminate the alcohol and hydrate more. Has me worried. Anyone experience this?

i have tinnitus from years of playing music without earplugs. drinking increases blood flow to the inner ear so it can definitely make tinnitus worse.

I have always had tinnitus for as long as I can remember. Probably from the same thing as Mat with music. Or I was born with it.

Some days it’s loud, others just barely in the background. I have gotten used to it at this point.

I have tinnitus as well, in my left ear. Now I only notice it if I listen for it or when it is extremely quiet. The best thing for me to deal it was accepting that I had. Once I did that, I was able to let it go into the background and that's where it lives now.
