When I get panic-y I get super super gassy. I litterly burp one after the other after the other. Its horrible. My stomach gets rock hard which hurts like hell, I burp, it goes away for a few seconds and then I repeat the process. The trouble is one of my biggest fears is vomiting and the constant burping leads me to pace and freak out that I am going to throw up.
I know all the basics. Peppermint tea usually helps. But while at work I can't really leave and go make myself some tea. Any one have anything that works for them?
