Any one have any gas/bloated feelings relief tips?

When I get panic-y I get super super gassy. I litterly burp one after the other after the other. Its horrible. My stomach gets rock hard which hurts like hell, I burp, it goes away for a few seconds and then I repeat the process. The trouble is one of my biggest fears is vomiting and the constant burping leads me to pace and freak out that I am going to throw up.

I know all the basics. Peppermint tea usually helps. But while at work I can't really leave and go make myself some tea. Any one have anything that works for them?

Try using peppermint essential oil for your body and run it on your temples and wrists and behind your ear it can help with nausea! Also, Dramamine 24 hours less drowsy helps! Tums with gasX can help as well!
