It’s 2am and I feel like I’m gonna have an anxiety attack. My back is killing me so idk if it’s my back problems causing it or stress. I’m getting sick of it
It’ll be ok man. Take some Tylenol or Advil for the back pain, (I have it too unfortunately) take a deep breath and maybe walk around a little bit so you don’t feel pent up. If you’re having trouble sleeping because of the anxiety I recommend tracks to relax on Spotify. They’re guided sleep meditation tracks that help me sleep when the anxiety’s bad.
