Hello again! I just wanted to share the current state of my anxiety. I've had the uptick in anxiety in recent weeks, because of the dental infection situation. That's subsided now that I've seen the oral surgeon for my consultation, and I just need to schedule the procedure now. Otherwise, things have been rather calm in regards to anxiety.

I've checked blood pressure once a day, per the doctor's request before an appointment I'll be making within the next week or two. All good! I think the highest it's been is 130/83. I find that odd, because before I started checking daily, it would be high when I checked from time to time. Not complaining though!

Work life is swell. Things have been a bit chaotic, due to deadlines and the like. Otherwise, very productive and great learning opportunities.

Home life is wonderful, aside from sometimes feeling bored out of my mind. I can handle that though. Next weekend we'll be stripping all the carpet from our living room and installing (ourselves) laminate flooring. Really looking forward to that, though it'll likely take several hours from start to finish. We're in no hurry though.

I think that pretty much sums it up. Life is otherwise not eventful lately, and it's a much needed break, mentally. I'm very happy with where I'm at, at this point. :D

Just checking in. Hope you all are doing well!

It's a process, that's for sure. It took several years of dealing with anxiety on a daily basis before I finally got some sort of grip on it. I definitely still experience periods of heightened anxiety, occasionally even severe / unbearable. It happens, but it's nothing to be discouraged by. Keep working hard, and you'll also find you way out of the hole. I know how it feels, I've been there.

@bin_tenn has been a great support system for many of us here on this forum.
glad that there is hope on the other side and that the issues all of us are dealing with right now are just scared and nothing serious.
