Anxiety headaches

Hey people im new on this forum, ive been through many anxiety symptoms specially headache. ive had a headache 24/7 , 2 months from now. has someone experience this symptoms ? im not taking any medication currently

I used to have headaches often, usually tension or migraine headaches. Sometimes they'd be so bad all I could do is lay down in a dark room. Made some simple lifestyle changes and it basically resolved itself. I started sleeping better / enough and I also cut out most of my caffeine consumption (used to drink Pepsi all day every day).

Valentina86, I'm assuming that you've tried taking asprin for your headaches and they haven't worked for you.

I feel for you. I also get bad headaches but I don't know how to stop them

Extreme stress can cause headaches. Well it did for me. The best thing to do is massage your head and put something cold on it. Painkillers are good but they can do damage if taken too often, they are also addictive.

I have been experiencing headaches for years now and my doctor gives me painkillers with different dosages but sometimes I still have to go to the hospital just to take a shot because intake meds are not working anymore then my sister send me last year an EO and it helps actually works on me to free my mind I open my diffuser before sleeping.
