Hi everyone,
I'm at the point in my life and journey with anxiety where I'm starting to believe that my close friends are close because they have problems I think I can "fix". And, "fixing" things reduces my anxiety. This is a sad realization for me that I'm not sure what to do with.
Has anyone else ever felt this way?
