Anxiety and back pain

I’m wondering if the back pain I’ve been experiencing could be linked with the extremely anxious state I’ve been in for weeks now. I’ve been extremely tense. I also have twin toddlers who weigh about 30 lbs each and I carry them often. Maybe it’s a combination of that and anxiety. But I’m 27 and my back has never hurt this bad. I feel like I’m 80. This is me trying my hardest to stay somewhat logical and not jump to every cancer or terminal Illness that my mind wants to jump to.

My kids get back pain from the stuffed backpacks they need to carry to school every day. Lugging 2 30 pound kidlets around and OMG you're easily going to aggravate those muscles! I'm older than you and male, but if I turn the wrong way I get a sharp pain in my lower back muscles. It sticks around, slowly improving in the course of a week usually.

Its probably not anxiety related so much.
But mostly you lifting your children.
Id get a foam roller and try that a few times a day also getting the spouse to give a massage everyday before bed like the wife does can help
