I cleared snow and ice from my driveway and sidewalk. Not a big job by any means, and it did take me much longer than it would most, but I did it...and now, back to my safe and sound home! :) Just had to let someone know...kinda justifies it somehow!

Hi guitarman. As you might of noticed, I have kinda an odd sense of humor. But, I never try to demean, mock or be mean. So please don't take anything personally. So go ahead and binge watch Honey Boo-Boo since you can get so many shows with that amazon fire. I lied about it being banned, but it should be.
Like you, I had to shovel snow, move vehicles so that they can be plugged in and even had to rake the roof so that ice dams don't form along the edges. Plus I had to feed our two head of cattle. I truly know and appreciate the effort it took for you. I struggle at times just having to go get the mail. The week ahead is forecast to be -15 to -25 degrees each night and it's freaking me out at the moment. All kinds of stuff can go wrong at those temps. We go through this every year up here and it didn't stress me out a few years ago but I'll get through it. Again, congrats on your getting out. I'm right there with you.

Well you guys didn't have all the fun today. I have no water. There was a break in the water main somewhere so I have no water till they get it fixed. Here I am filling pots and bowls and bathtub full of water. lol At least we are doing what we have to do and surviving. Good job Guitarman and Triceps. I'm sure it was a lot of snow. I know the effort it took to do that so congrats to both of you. Keep warm.

Thanks u all! TRI, I realized your humor right away. I use sarcasm as an artist too! My humor may be more dry than yours even! Lol
Rosy, ouch...that sucks with no water...and having to wait on someone to fix it, doesn't bother someone with anxiety...huh? (Joking)
Hopefully they get it fixed soon for ya!
I feel a little bad cause I just took a nice hot shower! Im sure it is a high priority for those working on it, and u will be enjoying good ole H2O soon :)

@guitarman65 that's awesome!!! Getting out and doing stuff is HUGE when you're dealing with high anxiety.

@triceps I gotta be honest - I don't know how you deal with that weather's it was 19 degrees here this morning, and that's almost more than I can take. LOL

They said 8 hrs. so it should be on about 6 pm but last time this happened it was 12 hrs. I have supper on. Crock pot. lol but worrying how to do dishes. I have pots filled and bathtub so I can flush the toilet. How are you feeling? Are you still having pain from the surgery? Hope it is easing up.

Ugh, that sounds miserable! Good call on the crock pot and the bathtub, though! Yes, I'm still in constant pain, unfortunately - the last couple of days/nights have been rough. Today the swelling is the worst it's been, so it's been harder to get around or move the leg. I think once swelling goes down it start to be a little more manageable. In the meantime, I'm just hanging in there and sleeping a lot, and trying not to get discouraged. Praying for time to pass quickly lol.

Hope the pain lessens soon. Probably not until the swelling goes down. Hopefully in a few days you'll start noticing less pain. Thinking of you.
