Hello Worrywart. Nice to meet you and welcome to the forum. What is it that you are worried about at the moment? I worry about sink holes. Human combustion, the One world order, acid attacks, being run over, falling down the stairs, my dogs dying, air bubbles in an injection, and going to hell along with a few other things too.

I have that word suicide coming into my head lately. It just keeps coming. I hear it like I hear the words 'got to feed the dogs' kind of thing. I hate it because I really don't want to do that. So it scares me because although I really don't believe I will, I do wonder. Thank the Lord God Himself that I have dogs.

I'm going out to the beach today with my friend. Even though the weather is not too nice, a bit drizzly, the walk will be nice and the carvery will be delicious. I'm hoping that the day will cheer me up and get my mind off of silly thoughts.

May sound strange, but I too occasionally wonder/worry about Spontaneous Human Combustion. I've heard many of the victims of this downright bizarre and controversial phenomenon were said to have dealt with intense stress/anxiety and depression before their freak demises. Although science has worked to debunk these cases it stimulates my curiosity.

I'm worried & nervous constantly, except when I take a Rx to calm down. All the bad things that could happen. I never was that way when I was younger.

It's common. Many people don't really say anything about it but that doesn't mean that they are not at all worried.
It's just that some people can't keep those thoughts away and I am worried about stuff all the time. The only time, when I am not worried about anything is, when I am asleep and that is all.
It's kinda difficult to think everything will be fine when you have the gut feeling that something would always go wrong somewhere. It's just that.....accept it. Because of this, I always check my stuff more than 4 times and I rarely do mistakes. So, it's got a positive side too.

Try not to think about too much about stuff, no matter how difficult it is. That is how we should accept ourselves and live a peaceful life...well, to some extent.
