So tmi. Just as a disclaimer.

So my first "meal" was like hours ago. Like 5-6am this morning. A berry juice. Then I had a venti refresher from starbucks. I took my pill prior to that. Beknownst the first pill I'm taking in about a week. Just now at around 9 did I eat something. Cheese and crackers. Then I fixed myself chicken alfredo I'm about to eat. But when I was out, only having liquids, an accident happened. Let's just say I barely made it to the bathroom. It was literally liquid and now I'm still stressing about it. Usually I so have at least some solids so its not completely diarrhea but this was straight liquid. Is this like normal to happen after something like that? Even know it feels like its only liquid in there. Like any wrong move, really.

I just saw someone post on another thread that when they started taking Zoloft it caused bad diarrhea. If you haven’t taken the med in a week it’s basically like starting over and you can have all the side effects. Plus not eating anything solid doesn’t help. Do they recommend taking the med with a meal? There are reasons for that some meds should be taken with food, and if this is one of them, you should follow the directions and eat something solid when you take it.

Oh no it can be eaten on an empty stomach or after a meal. Honestly whenever. That must be it, the diarrhea. It was just surprising but i know I need to take my meds.
