Let me preface this with the fact that I have NEVER randomly bled at a time outside of my period (aside from maybe twice after intercourse)

I started my period on the 9th of this month so it’s obviously over. I had a teeny bit of pink blood when I wiped this morning after peeing. This has never happened to me so I am absolutely spiraling!!!!! I am also due for a Pap smear which I have been scared to schedule and now I am even more terrified. I’m shaking. I read somewhere that this can happen during ovulation but I technically wouldn’t be ovulating yet and even if I was…that has NEVER happened to me during ovulation

I am horrified!!!

Lots of reasons for spotting between periods that are normal. You don’t give us your age or if you are taking any meds so there may be more obvious reasons. Good luck at your appointment

I just turned 33 and take no medications….i actually just recently reassured a health anxious friend of mine that she shouldn’t worry about this particular symptom because she’s taking birth control and that’s known to cause it. I never have taken birth control

Can you see the nurse for an earlier PAP and she can take a peep too at the same time? I had that and appeared it was something of nothing and they were happy to do an ealier PAP.

I've had several occasions during my years of menstruating where I get something weird like this and it always corrects itself by the next cycle with no explanation!
