Screenshot_2017-09-10-16-49-52-1.png this stuff is considered to be a natural Ativan. It is available in a supplement form. It does the the same thing to your brain that Ativan does except it doesn't have some of those annoying side effects such as brain fog and loss of memory. I'm going g to try this stuff. Although it warn's that you can still withdraw off of this. So use caution if you try it. Look this stuff up. I can't wait to try it.

Hi @Concernedgal, I've tried Phenibut and it is amazing for anxiety, particularly social anxiety but don't think it's natural. Supplement yes but not natural, there is also another drawback, you can only use this stuff once a week or twice max. Tolerance builds like nothing else. And it's much more addictive than benzos. :( I've said this before but kratom (I'm drinking some now lol) and Kava are totally natural and more safe to take on a regular basis, and they really work very well!

Kava from a good source can actually be STRONGER than a benzo, yes you heard that right. i believe it works on the same brain receptors as benzos (and alcohol). Definitely worth looking into if I were you. Hope this helps.

Brain fog and loss of memory is something I've always had all my life. It would be good if a pill would help to clear that and deal with the anxiety side.

I have to agree with @JCP Phenibut is great, I have used it for job interviews and other stressful situations. The negative side is that it dehydrates you like nothing else. You really need to drink a lot while on it. If you take too much, you will get a drunk feeling, without being drunk. Weird I know.

Kava however is just wonderful, tastes like dirt or soil, but you get a clear mind without anxiety. I find that it actually lifts the brain fog. Great for journeys to IKEA.
