That's a really good thing to do! Sometimes all that we need to do, it's a little bit grateful, it's a nice way to appreciate things.

- My family and my dogs.

- My friends.

- For having the ability of being perseverant and supportive with myself.

- I think that with destiny, I guess. For having a little bit more aboutthe basics to survive in this world when a lot of people really don't.

Five things that I'm grateful for are:

1. My best friend. (Without him, I don't know if I'd even still be here. He means so much to me and makes my life so much better every day)

2. My family. (Even though we don't always get along I'm grateful to them.)

3. My pets. (Their love is unconditional and they're always there for me.)

4. My job. (Being able to earn what I can and try to support myself is always something to be grateful for.)

5. Music. (It sounds like a silly one maybe, but music helps me to get through every single day.)

My wife and children (can I count all these as one)

My parents and sister

The fact I have a job in this horrible economy doing something I actually enjoy

All of the silly things that I have that make like half way enjoyable

The beauty of the Planet

I also really have to be grateful for being born in this day and age with all the technology and medicine we have. Just a few hundred years ago just waking up and going about your day you stood a chance of taking an arrow to the brain or dying from an infected cut. I don't think there is a the slightest chance I would leave my house back then.

- My health, because I don't have any crippling disease nor cancer diagnosis. I hopefully will live for long.

- My family, thank you for all inconditional love and care you people gave to me.

- My talents and abilities, because not mental condition prevents me to pursue any career path (maybe is too late to be an astronaut but oh well) I want to.

- My wealth, I'm from a lower middle class family, I didn't afford too much but at least I managed to eat three or more times a day, have access to internet, and

all household expenses are affordable.

- My experience in life so far, it was more bitter than pleasant, but with hardships there is plenty to learn in order to look forward a better future.

I have just started bullet journaling and one of the pages I made was a "grateful' page because, I too believe that one way to stem the anxiety is to be grateful for the good and positive things in my day ( and my life) which helps shine light when other parts of the day go awry.

1) My family- I don't know where I would be without my family. My husband, mother and sisters are truly my best friends and I know I can lean on them. Knowing someone has your back is a tremendous help.

2) My home

3) My job

4) My pets- if you have anxiety of any kind I highly highly recommend a pet. Just walking my dog and snuggling with him can bring a smile to my face and lighten my heart. I does help.

5) Health- other than the anxiety, I am relatively healthy. My family is healthy and that is something I am grateful for every day.

This is a wonderful practice to maintain. It's so simple, yet I'm sure I'm not the only one who overlooks these blessings often.

-My boyfriend in all of his glorious patience, care, and support of me

-My family for being there and loving me when I don't love myself

-My pets for being warm and snuggly when I need a silent comforter

-My artistic talents God has blessed me with, even through my trials

-My closest friends (who are more like family) for their unconditional love

I think this is a wonderful idea. It helps me really evaluate what is important in my life. Here are the five things I'm grateful for:

1. My little brothers and sisters, who always bring light into my life.

2. My mother, who gave me life and allowed me to follow my dreams.

3. My boyfriend, who continues to support me in everything I do.

4. My grandmother, who taught me that life doesn't end when you lose someone you love.

5. My car, because it allows me to get to school and back on a day to day basis.

I feel grateful for so many things, I feel very grateful for the spirit of gratitude itself.

1. My Father

2. Myself and my son, my family as a whole

3. Love that is given to me in every true form

4. Truth in my life

5. All of my intangible and tangible blessings

I think that #5 should cover everything I have that can be seen with the naked eye, and things that can't be seen as well.

I feel like I lead a very blessed life, not perfect, and not without it's challenges, but blessed just the same.

A wonderful husband who loves me more than I deserve

My family living close by so I can be with them on a regular basis

Close friends who can not only relate to my odd quirks but have them too, and who love me for who I am

Living in the country where it's so beautiful

I am grateful for everything. I m grateful to have this life, my family and my friends. I am thankful that I have a shelter to live in, I get good food to eat. I am leading a healthy and happy life. I am grateful for all the moments that brought happiness in my life and moments that taught me lessons. We never realise what we have rather we demand what we don't have. There are people who don't have basic necessities of life. So we should always thank god for everything.

4. Savings, house, and my small business

5. my cats and dog

Really good topic, I think it's always good to remember what we're thankful for

- I'm thankful to be really healthy without any major health issues. I think people take this for granted but I'm always grateful.

- I have a lot of opportunities in life and if I work hard I know I'm going to accomplish whatever I want.

- I managed to earn the financial stability that allows me to focus on my personal problems rather than worry about bills and food.

- I have a lot of close friends that help me when things get rough and I start panicking about silly stuff.

- I'm really grateful for being alive, really. I have a lot of hobbies and things to do, I love that I have the chance to do them.
