Panic all the time!

You my friend have explained my exact feelings I just go from 0-100 in a blink of an eye no reason for it its been like this for about 1- 1-/2 years it usually starts with a hot flash and wierd ache in my back/shoulder blade and I start panicking instantly thinking the worst but I too tell myself we have been thru this many times and nothing has ever happened but it wont Stop until i take a lorazepam which my dr doesnt want to prescribe me anymore only gives me a limited amout (10 tablets at a time) im hoping the Buspirone helps since nothing has really helped its effected so much of my finances im in constant fear of the panic attacks hitting me out of no where especially at night im super tensed
