Has anyone ever linked their anxiety to vitamin or mineral deficiency? I am prone to having low iron levels and have vitamin D deficiency. I usually take a multi-vitamin plus vitamin D but I had stopped over the holidays. Then my anxiety increased tremendously!!! To the point that I had 2-3 anxiety attacks this past Saturday. I was doing research about anxiety and vitamin/mineral deficiency and it stated that anxiety can get worse when your supply of these nutrients run low. So I began taking my multivitamin and I also added magnesium, calcium, and zinc supplements. Its been 3 days and I feel AMAZING! Im drinking more camomile tea as well. What do you think???
