Ever try yoga? Not so hard on the feet but good for the body never the lessI used to before my feet went bad. It works pretty well. I cross trained with weights running and bike riding. About 5 hours per week with weights, 200 miles per week on the bike and at least 1 mile of running 5 days a week.

I have a green house, can most of it. I do dry some of the veggies. Fruit is the stuff that's hard to get. Baked, broiled or boiled. Very little fried. Folks need to stop hoardingYou can still do it, there is a lot of cheaper healthy options available eat oatmeal, legumes I normally get dried but now people are hoarding them so I've been getting low sodium canned legumes, fruits, veggies buy seeds and start a garden if possible, canned fish, rice, nuts or nut butters.
Wow, that's really awesome! Yeah, when you are outdoors running breathing the fresh air feeling the wind it feels amazing.I have been a runner for 47 years....it is my lifeline in dealing with my anxiety ....I have been fortunate that I can still go out every day and run 3 miles or so in my mid-60's. As I have gotten older my mind loves the outdoor run the best as opposed to a treadmill or other indoor space but over the years I have burned through 3 treadmills....
At the rate I'm going I won't even be able to walk by the time I'm 60.I have been a runner for 47 years....it is my lifeline in dealing with my anxiety ....I have been fortunate that I can still go out every day and run 3 miles or so in my mid-60's. I think I get anxiety in weird ways. Had an anxiety attack while walking
I love walking the mountains. But lately I get massive panic attacks out in the woods and I don't know what is triggering them.I go out for walks and runs around my neighborhood for physical health reasons. If I don't exercise, my physical health won't be as good as it should be. And that could cause me some anxiety.
Is there a bear in the woods?I love walking the mountains. But lately I get massive panic attacks out in the woods and I don't know what is triggering them.
