I took Paxil for 4 years and it helped but I got off and when I tried to get back on last week I had these symptoms so i stopped it but the symptoms have not stopped so now my doctor is thinking of putting me on Zoloft or lexapro

I was recently prescribed Celexa but haven't taken it because of all the bad reviews on google (I shouldn't be looking on google!).
I had the same thing today- in the middle of a store I had a feeling of dread, tingling in arm, leg, tight chest. had to leave and sit in car drinking water and took xanax

Have you not seen the awful things people say about Xanax and every other medication? All of them will have some amount of users who have negative experiences. If it's prescribed, I'll encourage you to take it (the Celexa). Who knows, it may be just what you need to move past the anxiety.

YES! what works well for one person might be disastrous for others. case and point: paxil. it worked great for you. my experience was awful and the side effects left me feeling like a garbage zombie. i think your attitude going into treatment has a lot to do with your experience.Have you not seen the awful things people say about Xanax and every other medication?
