Do any of you guys get cold type of sensations anywhere on your body? I’ve been very scared of MS lately and I am hyper focused on the strange feelings I’ve been getting in my lower leg, dull aching and occasional tingling (especially at night) but today more so I’ve noticed random pin point spots of cold sensations on my leg which just tells me nerve damage, MS, some type of neurological disease I must have. Anyone have anything similar to this? It’s really scaring me! I should add that I’m in a deep bout of anxiety, a really bad one.

i'm sorry you're feeling this way. we've all been there and it's awful. during times of extreme anxiety, it's not uncommon for physical symptoms to suddenly appear or get worse... especially if you're spending time googling the diseases you think you have. i think it's important to remember that you're hyperfocusing on the sensations you're feeling and that during this time, you're likely to experience new symptoms... again, especially if you're spending a lot of time doing "research." i have had the sensations you're describing... especially in the middle of my MS scare. once i brought my anxiety level down and learned to accept the fact that i DIDN'T have MS, the symptoms went away.
have you seen a doctor about this recently? while i'm confident you don't have anything to be concerned about, i don't think it's completely unreasonable to make an appointment to speak with your doctor about it if you haven't. with that being said, i think there are two things that are very important if you do: first, you should be upfront about your anxiety. second, you need to trust your doctor's judgement and accept his treatment plan - this is very tough for people like us. this means not demanding tests they don't feel are necessary, requesting referrals to specialists they don't think you need or walking out of the room thinking your doctor missed something and is wrong or is writing you off if/when they say this could all be your anxiety.

I have not been to the doctor yet about this because I recently overcame a severe bout with my anxiety regarding gynecological symptoms and was going to the doctor non stop. My therapist (who I haven’t seen in a while) suggested that next time I had a concerning symptom, try not to go straight to the doctor unless I’m in significant pain or danger. But you telling me that I should see a doctor is scaring me a little, do you think it could be MS? Do you think I probably have it based on these sensations?

i'm obviously not a doctor, but if i were a betting man, i'd bet every penny i have on this all being related to your anxiety, so no, i absolutely don't think you have MS or anything else sinister based off of what you've described. please remember, we don't know each other and i know nothing about your past aside from what you've mentioned in your posts... if you've had other HA-related concerns or episodes, if you've had therapy, if you've been to the doctor for your current concern... so my advice is based off of this being a new thing for you. from the sounds of it, i think seeing your therapist would be an awesome idea. i just saw mine today... absolutely no shame in going!
