Help really bad anxiety

It's most likely a pulled muscle or pinched nerve. I get this fairly frequently when I over exert myself. Have also had it in my lower back due to a herniated disc.

I've also thought I've had all types of cancers and get tests. All come back negative. And then the symptoms disappear, which confirms they are all anxiety symptoms.

I'm almost convinced anxiety can cause levitation. That's how good it is at creating physical symptoms that are scary and make no sense.

four days? ok - take a deep breath. you DO NOT have lung cancer. for starters, your age and the fact that you've never smoked make the odds of it being cancer (or anything serious, for that matter) next to nothing. the odds are probably better that you'll get struck by lightning. second, like i said in my last post, i had a friend that had lung cancer. if this was cancer, you'd be having a multitude of other symptoms that you could not ignore. TRUST ME! i also read, i believe, on a different post that you've had xrays and labs and they both came back normal... even more reason to heed this advice! you really, truly need to stop researching illness on the internet. google is not our friends. have you ever tried therapy? or medications?

This can also be from spending time in a position you're not used to mainly a hunched over or bent forward position.

i'm guessing your knees hurt for the same reason your back hurts... you aggravated muscles. as for your cough, that can be due to your anxiety or allergies. i know you say you don't have them, but i didn't have them at one point, either. if you don't think you have allergies, have you tried treating for acid reflux? that, i believe, is the second leading cause for a cough.

as for your reflux, when i was a hundred pounds heavier, i was on two high-dose meds and STILL had reflux from time to time. even now, i'm on one... and still get reflux... and when i'm not getting it... i have a dry cough that reminds me its still there.

as for your back, it's been a week (or less?) my back went out on june 14 and it's STILL stiff and sore. that stuff can take awhile to heal... especially if you're older or not in great shape (or both of those things.)

Hey there,
Not trying to be funny, but, have you considered taking GasX? Sometimes gas or air can get trapped in weird places. Also, I would recommend placing a heating pad on your back where it hurts. I get back pain when I breathe sometimes. It's sharp and I can't take a full breath. It usually passes though and I chalk it up to being too much air. I wish you luck!
