Now prescribed buspirone

It didn't help me, but I know people that it has helped

It was prescribed to me recently, 2 times per day. I just had my follow up appointment yesterday, and we upped my dosage just a smidge. It is helping me, but we think I need a bit more.

I haven't been having as many panic attacks since taking it, but I still come close. It took about 2 weeks for me to see results.

buspirone seemed very mild to me so it will depend how strong your anxiety is. i hope you are also doing some talk therapy about prioritizing the perfect wedding over your health and some decisions you could make to be sure you feel healthy and happy on the day you get married

I started on 5mg twice per day, now I am on 7.5mg twice/day.

I don't tend to get nauseous, but I do get other physical symptoms like chest tightness and pounding heart beat. It has helped me in that these symptoms aren't as frequent or as strong as they have been.
