Well because of the beautiful weather I sat outside today for about 2 hours and i want to do the same tomorrow,it just makes me feel better when I can get out of my house for awhile i spoke to about four people not a long conversation ,but if you have agoraphobia like me try this little step if you can put a chair outside and just sit out there for about 15 minutes then try a half hour until u feel comfortable with yourself the next thing you know it you will be going out there sitting there for an hour or maybe longer you dont have to speak to anyone if you dont want to,it helps believe me just to get out for a little while because to be honest I am sick and tired of looking at these drabby four walls everyday,tan walls all through my apt, ugh
