Well because of the beautiful weather I sat outside today for about 2 hours and i want to do the same tomorrow,it just makes me feel better when I can get out of my house for awhile i spoke to about four people not a long conversation ,but if you have agoraphobia like me try this little step if you can put a chair outside and just sit out there for about 15 minutes then try a half hour until u feel comfortable with yourself the next thing you know it you will be going out there sitting there for an hour or maybe longer you dont have to speak to anyone if you dont want to,it helps believe me just to get out for a little while because to be honest I am sick and tired of looking at these drabby four walls everyday, tan walls all through my apt, ugh usou.JPG counting sheep.JPG nedtm.JPG dear one.JPG isigns the times.JPG lsu.JPG

Isn't it wonderful when the weather gets better so we can sit outside? Even with agoraphobia, we can get out if we have a little private area and enjoy the sun. I can sit in the garden forever though, but it still doesn't make me feel like going out in the street. Well done for getting out Carol! A little more each day and the summer is on the way!

It sure does make me feel better when I can go outside for awhile today I was out for about an hour i would have stayed out longer but i was tired and it was brutal out there with the heat so i came inside and i fell asleep for two hours.I had to put my ac on because it is very hot and humid today and i even treated myself to some chocolates, just a few though, of course now my tummy is bothering me some, ugh, anyway i took my pants off and i am sitting around in just my underwear and top nobody is coming to see me anyway, can you believe it is almost MAy?? That is when it really starts to get hot i hate the humidity,

The sun makes me feel sleepy sometimes. I loved the heat when I was living in Egypt though and it was quite humid where I was located on the coast. Yes, it is May already (tomorrow!) and I am really hoping to have a hot summer here in the UK. I miss the heat. I do like the cosiness of the winter but everything seems to come to life when it's warm.

Oh wow! It seems like you have found the cause of your sun problem! I do know that depressed people can suffer from sensitivity to light but I never knew this. Being in the sun relaxes me so I am thankful for that.

i am going outside if the sun comes out also some good news i went got some glucerna it is food and drink for people who have diabetes, which by the way is suppose to maintain your glucose level and it can help with losing weight it is expensive but I am trying to help myself so my sugar will go down,I know my doctor is going to yell at me ifor not coming in right away but how many time do i have to tell them I didnt have transportation until june, that is what ticks me off about the doctor they know u cannot get there and yet they still push and say u have to come in right now,i cannot come in right now I cannot deal with someone saying that to me even though u told them you have no ride what part of no rides don't these doctors get?? Maybe I should put some wheels and a motor on my walker then i can drive that way,can u see me now going down the street in my trusty walker ,lol God bless everyone and i do hope that you all have a nice day. I love you call.
