Yes I do get headaches when my anxiety is up. When my anxiety is up, I stress and overthink, even in my sleep. I will hardly sleep all night and be half awake, thinking about all the "what ifs".. On these days, I wake up with a headache and it lasts all day long.

There is nothing more annoying than having to deal with headaches; a pain that occurs in any region of the head, they might occur on both sides of the head or be isolated to a certain location. I have dealt with headaches since I was a kid. I remember when I was 12 years old and I would take a nap and wake up with this pain that would keep me from performing regular activities outside. I have found that taking medications and performing some type of meditation can be quite a helpful approach.

It's so amazing how there are many of us who suffer from having headaches when we're stressed. In my case, sometimes even the supposedly not so stressful situations give me headaches. I just recovered from a really terrible headache I had since the other night thinking of a way to accomplish my laundry chores which had been piling up for days but have not yet been washed because of continuous rains. I was only able to relieve it when I finally pushed through with doing my laundry despite the rains. Now my problem is how to fully get them dry because my drier hasn't been in good shape lately.

When I am really stressed, I would always end up curling beside my mom at the end of the day, most of the time.

Anyway, these are the symptoms that I experience during really stressful situations:

1. Cold hands

2. Slight Shaking

3. Headache

4. Dizzy feeling

5. Watery eyes

I can go on and on but I would rather stop here. I don't wanna make myself ever more weird by stating even more weird stuff.

I don't get headaches often, but when I do I get more annoyed. Often it's because of a lack of air bundled with frustration or panic. Usually I go outside for fresh air and pace and that helps. I never take any medication though because you then expect it to work, and when it's stress related it doesn't work.

I also need space and people to be quiet around me, so nagging people just make it worse. I now cut those people out as I can't bear them and put up with them, and now I just don't have time for them. In fact they are often the cause of a headache stemming from their behavior.

I do get stressed everyday and every time it gets worst I get a migraine attack. The best way I counter this is to use a cold face mask and leave it on my face for 30 minutes or so after drinking some relaxation teas. If my days are active, I go out to do window shopping or literally shopping, or probably just go on a jog or hiking.

I don't really get headaches when I'm stressed, but I just noticed that I feel that my energy is draining in some way when I get stressed, and I suddenly feel tired and heavy, and I would want to get some sleep as soon as possible. So in general, I tend to feel weak and lethargic when I'm stressed out. It's like my problems are draining my energy.

I do get headaches from eye strain and not from stress. When I am under-stress I get nervous and sweat a lot. However, now that you've mentioned that, I guess migraine is also one of the effects I'm having with stress and of course, headache is the number one symptom for Migraine.
