Which superpower would you pick?

I would choose to be able to transport myself anywhere! As much as I love traveling sometimes I just want to get there quickly and without any hassle. Of course spirits can do that, but if it was humanly possible it would make my life so much easier.

Hey! We're thinking the same. I've watched the movie Jumper before and it's really cool to have a special power of teleportation. It's cool to have an ability that you could use to travel at different places without you using money. I would also like to have an ability to teleport not just at the present time but also in the past and in the future. I would have something like this if it won't tax my body.

I always love to have this power where I can travel anywhere anytime. Not only it will save time and money, but it will also be convenient for me to go anywhere I wished to. If I can teleport, the first place I'll visit would be Egypt! I always love to see the pyramid to know what's inside

Anyway, have you heard of the news wherein a security guard was able to teleport without him being aware. They said that he was actually on duty that night and then woke up in an unfamiliar place which is a thousand miles from his post. I don't know if this is real or not but who knows?

Before reading other people's super-power desires listed in this thread, I would have said that I would like the power to be invisible whenever I want, but now I think that being able to travel anywhere would be a cool power to have as well. I also wouldn't mind being able to breath fire, or to have super-strength so that I could give people a really thorough thrashing when they 'need' it. Also, the ability to stop time would be interesting. I'd like to be able to fly too.

You know, for some reason, most of the people I know who would like to have the teleportation superpower wants to be teleported to Egypt first out of the thousand good places you an actually choose from. Do you think this has something to do with our roots? Do you think aliens are doing this? LOL!

Wow! I haven't heard about that news yet. It may have been an Alien abduction, but the aliens may have changed their minds and drop off the person somewhere else. Where did you find that news by the way?

Being able to be invisible would be my second choice, but you can these days be kind of invisible with hidden cameras. I'm not sure stopping time could scientifically be possible, although many of us wish we could turn the clock back. However, things will never be the same each time, because each thought or action alters things.

If you think about it a century ago people couldn't do half the things we can do now, so we are progressing slowly.

Well, I've always been fascinated with pyramids and how magnificent they really are that's why I always want to see one and see for myself.

I don't actually remember where did I head that news but I think I've read it somewhere over the web. I don't know if it's some kind of alien abduction or not but how can we explain that if ever it was real?

I would like to have the power of teleportation, as well as being able to pass through walls as an invisible person. Also, if you watch or used to watch X-Men, then Jean Grey's power of being able to move things (telekinesis) and Iceman's power of making things all covered in ice are quite nice powers to have as well.

Sure. Well I don't exacltly know why I'm fascinated with pyramids probably because I find it odd during the ancient times on how people built it when they have limited resources unlike now. Not only that, but I also wanted to know where is the Garden of Eden haha

That's a good reason and I will add this to my list. I'm also a curious cat/tiger lol!

Yes, he actually told me that he was once a Prince back in the Ancient time. He was actually curious why crazy stuff keeps happening on him that's why he decided to try a Past Life Regression with a qualified hypnotist and this came up as a result. He stated that they have giant light bulbs in the past and this tech idea was shared to them by some unknown being.

Teleporting is a great idea, but more so I would like to be able to project my energy to attract all good and wonderful things. Not just for myself, but if I could manipulate energy like that, I would want to make every person on the planet have happy vibes and be living a life full of love and laughs with no health, money or love issues. Just pure plain happiness and contentment. That is the super-power I would like, to be able to bring that into everybody's lives.

At some point yes because he didn't even watch Ancient Aliens yet he was able to come up with stories about weird devices that were invented in the ancient time. As Christians we are told that everyone of us only have one lifetime but I believe that I may have been born as a different person in the past for some reason because I have some unusual past life like experiences as well. The only problem is, whenever I go deeper in discovering my inner self it feels like there's a wall blocking me from entering and discovering something. My friend told me to try the PLR but I'm having second thoughts. I guess at some point you believe in the word reincarnation?

You know, I believe that this one is possible because there are people who can do this already like Comedians, Motivational speakers, and Religious leaders. The only difference would be that yours is of a bigger scale.

Oh. Yeah my hubby used to watch Ancient Aliens in YouTube that's why I'm a bit familiar to it but haven't got the time to finish it as it was too long. I think many of us experience past life memories and I don't know if there is any explanation to that (I bet the scientists have).

Anyway, can you please tell me what does PLR stands for? I'm not quite familiar with it though. Appreciate it

Yes the series is way too long for me to waste time and watch as well. Most of the things they discuss are just a rewind of what they've aired on the previous episodes. I got bored with this series.

PLR means Past Life Regression. It's a session that one has to undergo for them to see who they are on their past life. Doctors and hypnotists usually do this to treat patients of phobias and other personal and emotional problems. One time, I will go to this place I know in QC where they offer such service to try it out myself. Wanna join?

Oh seriously? I wasn't really aware about this but now that you've mentioned it, I somewhat recall something similar to this one. It was about a girl who claimed to be a reincarnated version of Marilyn Monroe, and she undergo some kind of a therapy or the like and remembered details of being Marilyn Monroe which is really mystifying. I'm not sure if that's real though.

Yes. I heard about that in the news. There's another case and it's about a guy who grew fascination about Elvis Presley, he undergone PLR therapy and there he discovered that he was the reincarnation of the King of RnR.
